Water Quality Education

Friends of Lower Muskingum River puts on a variety of educational programs covering topics including ground water protection, aquatic ecosystems, aquatic macroinvertebrates, water cycle, soil and erosion and water quality monitoring. FLMR has worked with local schools, at 4H camps, with scout troops and in after school programs to provide environmental education opportunities for youth in our area. Many of our educational programs can be tied to Ohio Academic Standards.
